Return of Goods

Products will only be accepted for return after prior agreement with us in writing and within 14 days of receipt of purchase to comply with EU Consumer Law .

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service at returns@staigue.com within 14 days of delivery to obtain approval for the return.
• Include your order number, contact information, and reason for return (if applicable).
• The product must be returned in its original, unused condition and packaging
• Ship the item back to the return address we will provide to you by email once your return has been approved

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
• The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

❌  Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are non-refundable:

• Custom-modified or specially manufactured shelving units
• Items returned damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition
• Items returned after the 14-day withdrawal period

📩  Return Address

We will provide the return address in your confirmation email once the return request is accepted. Please do not return products without prior approval.
